Brown- Nicollet Environmental Health
Brown-Nicollet Environmental Health (BNEH) is the appointed "Health Authority" for the implementation of the Environmental Health Program Ordinances in Brown and Nicollet Counties.

County Attorney's Office
The Attorney's Office provides quality legal representation to the county government while enhancing public safety by prosecuting those who violate the law and protecting the rights of crime victims.

County Sheriff's Office
It is the mission of the Nicollet County Sheriff's Office to provide quality and effective law enforcement services to the residents of Nicollet County with respect, dignity, and pride. Including law enforcement, investigation, jail, dispatch, drug task force and emergency management.

U of M Extension Office
The Nicollet County Extension works to make a different by connecting community needs and university resources to address critical issues in Minnesota.

Finance
The finance department provides accounting and finance support to the other Departments and support for communicating financial issues to the County Board.

Property & Public Services
The divisions are responsible for a wide range of services relating to taxation, land use, assessment, elections, ditches, and the License Center. Includes Assessor and Recorder's offices.

Human Resources
Human Resources provides technical and professional support to all Nicollet County departments and personnel.

Health & Human Services
The Health & Human Services Division provides services that promote the optimal health, safety and welfare of Nicollet County residents. Including human services, public health, veteran services and environmental health.

The Probation Department proactively seek to reduce the incidence and impact of crime and delinquency in our communities.

Public Works
Public Works is responsible for the maintenance of 306 miles of roads and right-of-way, enforcement of noxious weeds and maintaining the County's drainage systems, parks and trails.

Recycling & Solid Waste
The goal of our Recycling and Solid Waste programs is to protect human health and the environment by ensuring responsible management of hazardous and nonhazardous waste.
